Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Mix ingredients together well. Pour into a Pam-sprayed baking dish, using an 8x8 if you want pretty custardy custard or a 9x13 if you want thinner, dryish custard that cooks more quickly. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees F for 45 minutes, although check that puppy much sooner if you're using a 9x13. May need an additional 10 minutes if made in an 8x8. It will also get pretty puffy in the 8x8 and threaten to spill over, but it probably won't. Definitely can't fit a double in the 8x8.
